Payment is due on the 1st of each month. If we have not received your payment by the 6th, your gate access will be denied, a late fee will be charged, and your unit will be overlocked. If payment is still not received by the 11th, an additional late fee will be applied.

Yes, you can! We offer an auto-draft option for your convenience. Once enrolled, your chosen payment method (credit card, debit card, or ACH) will be automatically charged each month, ensuring your payments are always on time without any extra effort. No, we do not prorate. If your unit is not vacant on the 1st day of the month, a full month's rent is due—no exceptions!
When vacating your unit, it must be broom clean, emptied, and in good condition—subject only to normal wear and tear—and ready to re-rent. If the unit is not left in move-in ready condition, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied. Additionally, you may incur extra charges if large items are left behind.
The tenant's lock must be removed upon termination of occupancy. Failure to remove the lock will result in you being charged for the next month's rental along with any applicable late fees.
