Yes, you can change the size of your storage unit at any time without any transfer fees. The transfer must be completed within one day. If it can’t be completed within this timeframe, we treat it as a 'move in' to the new unit and prorate the charges from your original unit. This is the only instance where we prorate charges when moving out of a unit. If the transfer happens mid-month, don't worry—we'll adjust the payments accordingly. If the new unit is larger, we'll apply the balance from your current unit and charge the difference. If it's smaller, we'll credit the excess to your account.
